Toyota Learnerships Information

Toyota Learnerships Programme is aimed developing people for jobs that are requiring high level of technical and management responsibility.

Students from different tertiary institutions are invited to submit applications to their campus' career development centres. These applications are then sent to Toyota Learnerships Programme management as which is part of the application process.

The Toyota Learnerships Programme is made up of six modules, which include initial training and orientation, leadership training and 3 month plant rotation to introduce stidents to real operational environment.
